A most unusual 18th century beech spill vase, having a top section of tapered incised line trumpet form, above circular moulded ring decoration. This is above a protruding stepped and rounded collar with the bottom section terminating with an incised lined vertical foot. The whole has an excellent shaded colour and patination.
