George III Sterling Silver Cake Basket.
A George III sterling silver cake basket made by Burrage Davenport in London, 1783. The basket is of Classic oval form with bead borders and an engraved pierced gallery and foot. There is also an original coat of arms to the centre. The length of the basket is 34cm and the height with the handle raised is 25.5cm.
Creator: Barrage Davenport (Maker).
