Vignettes of Lancer regiments’ uniforms and horse furniture, with a central scene, featuring a mounted officer of the 16th Lancers in review order, surrounded by smaller scenes and single figures, surmounted with a cartouche of the arms featuring a czapska of the 5th Royal Lancers and standards of each regiment. After Michael Angelo Hayes (1820-1877) and Walker (fl.1846). Titled and numbered within a shield at the bottom of the plate centre. Published by Henry Greaves & Co., London & Dublin. Printed by Day & Haghe, lithographers to the Queen (active c.1830-62). Framed and glazed.
