Kit Kat glasses so named after a near identical glass is shown in Sir Godfrey Kneller's portrait of Thomas Pelham-Holles, 1st Duke of Manchester under Lyne 1721 in his series of members of the Kit Kat Club now in the National Portrait Gallery.
